‘@your WISH’ values the privacy of individuals who use our Mobile and web application. Registration and Profile Information – including your personal information such as your name, email address, company/property name,
and other similar information.
Authentication Information – including login IDs, passwords, property code, etc.
Guest Information – including their name, address, contact number, email ID, room allotted to them, their issues, etc.
User content – including information provided when you use our web or mobile app, and all other user submissions and content you provide.
Information We Collect that You Provide Us
Device Information – Prologic First receives information from Users’ devices, including mobile operating system, phone carrier, device storage and push notification tokens.
Camera & Gallery Permission – We also take your permission to access camera and gallery of your mobile device, for displaying the picture while handling an incident. Similarly, we use microphone to record a message.
How We Use the Information We Collect
We use the information we collect from all users to:
- Connect hotel staffs with each other for incident handling and managing customer request
- Helps management in decision making
- Produces a customer satisfaction scorecard
- Send you text messages and push notifications to hotel staff
We will not transfer/ share your personal information to with third parties without your consent, except under the limited conditions described under the section entitled “Other Sharing” below.
Other Sharing
We may share your information with third parties in the following cases:
- In the event of a merger, consolidation or reorganization involving ‘@your WISH’, acquisition of ‘@your WISH’ by another company, a sale of all or a portion of our assets, or other similar transaction, your personal information will, in most instances, be transferred to the control of the third party that is part of that transaction.
- Whenever you consent to the sharing.
Data Security
We are committed to protecting your personal information and do so with certain physical and technological procedures. However, we cannot ensure the security of the information as you transmit it to us, and so we urge you to take every precaution to protect your personal data when you are on WI FI/ Internet. This includes using a secure browser where applicable.
